How do you do, /biz/?
So I just got sort of voluntold into my first managerial job. This is great generally, but it's bullshit retail; literally bottom of the barrell of the market.
I only took the job as an in-between between construction gigs. I'm only about a month and a half into this gig.
Now I'm a fucking store manager. Fuck.
Either way, I need to make up some bullshit motivational type saying to replace this old one.
I was told to do this absolute bullshit task explicitly by the owner of the company. Fucking Jesus getting into retail was such a fucking mistake.
Anyway, do you guys have any suggestions to replace what I have just filling space on a break room sales board ?

"Sell me this pen"
Should work pretty well

You know hwut, I think that's it.
While I'm still open for suggestions, /biz/nessmen, I feel that's a good one to fill that space.

Try "#BBA"
Belief
Behaviour
Attitude
or "Attitude is Altitude"
Lets face it, team member engagement in retail is low. Attitude is everything with both internal and external customers.
