Maybe check out the job market in North Dakota and related areas if oil is still booming? Last I heard they were paying nearly $20/hr to work fast-food or Walmart. Housing in those places is exorbitant, but you can live in your truck. Lots of people do in oil towns.
Look on Craigslist. There are plenty of easy jobs to get all over the place

Just go to the local temp agencies in your neighborhood dood.

Tell em u know Spanish, aside from the other bullshit like no problem working overtime, weekends etc.
