How much should I ask ?

Some guy found me on linkedin and offered me a job.

I'd be SEO/SEA specialist for 1 country's market.

I am currently working on my thesis for my IBM master and finishing an internship, I have a little SEO experience, only theoretical SEA experience.

I am an expat living in the Netherlands.

I am supposed to come up with an offer, what do you think ?

Can I ask for bonuses based on performance on top of that ?

I am a very dedicated worker but I need something to look forward to. Let's say 2% on the margin above a target ? What is acceptable ?
