I'm going to derail this with a real question. How can you tell from a public company's financial statement how much cash they are investing in internal growth projects compared to how much they are spending on G&AE, where salaries are paid but they don't describe internal projects for growth?

M&A's and their cost can be found in the part of the annual report detailing the company's activities in the fiscal year. Subtract that from captial expenditure.

Companies are not required to give breakdowns of salaries. The closest thing is the stock compensation for employees which is in the annual report and the director's/CEO fees which is in the AGM meeting.
