I would prefer a women first round every-time, much easier to move on. Men in HR, as lacking in numbers as they are, at least try and show some respect and challenge you on first round. I made it onto the next round for the above, one of the easiest i've had, don't care for the job at all.
Women are much easier first round, stop trying so hard.

HR phone screenings are literally easy as shit. All it takes is to answer the phone on time, be polite, listen, answer some basic questions, ask some basic questions to show interest, then set up an in-person interview.

The whole point is to make sure you're not a total fuck up and op somehow failed and blames it on SJWs, then makes up a fantasy how he already has a bunch of six figure offers lined up when he has to get defensive.
