i dont think anything will ever really replace bitcoin. the problem is no one understands it, 99% of the world just has no clue it exists, and the 1% that know couldnt explain what it really is or how it works. let alone has actually used it before.. so they definitely arnt going to understand the problems it has either, or why it would need to be replaced.
