You get the full ride, and your mom also loses her job, but she's a pennypincher, and you get the full Pell Grant as a blank check for four years. Do economics right away though; civil engineering blows and the class schedule doesn't allow you to work your full-time job at an MSP.

You eventually use those Pell Grants as a down payment on a house, because you don't need the money because you got nice full-time gig in college, and take night classes.

You find a GF and propose to her. Her dad is upper middle class and practically underwrites your home purchases because he wants the best for her princess. (She eventually gets a better paying job out of college that's better than yours, but you get an even higher paying one a year later)

Change your major, medicine is NOT your path. Don't go to the school you're thinking of going to. Major in CS or go for something you think would be cool like geology/marine biology. If all else fails do accounting/economics and go for a CPA.

Relax and have more fun at college. Work out more too. Get out to parties more, join more clubs, start a SSBM club if there isn't one already, don't be an antisocial loser.
