How much $ for 10,000 website views?
Background: I run a local news page, today alone I've got over 10,000 hits in just a few hours, this was obviously because of a big story. But I think I could average about 10,000 hits per week normally without a huge story. How much $ could I make from monetising my website?
Bout $3.50.

Reallyia that all? $3.50 a week for 10,000 views?

Don't listen to that faggot. I'm not sure if the exact amount but I'm positive it would be a lot more than that
you can get good money my nigger. but nobody can foretell how much exactly, because it depends on many factors. take 5 minutes to sign up for free to g adsense, include that seet javascript snippet into your site, wait a week and then calculate how much you earn per 10000 views. afterwards come back to this thread and tell me.

January is generally a shit month for AdSense, if not the shittiest. December is best.
How much you make depends entirely on how much advertisers are willing to throw for your specific keywords for that specific day. You could be making $1 per 1,000 views. I was making $0.9 per 1,000 views in December. Now I barely make $0.15.
Again, it depends on advertisers and keywords.

And yeah, ultimately it depends on gullible fools clicking on the ads, but the rule of thumb is that the more views you get, the bigger the chance that someone will click the ads.
My YouTube videos get around 20k views each and get me around $6 each if that means anything.

I make 200 bucks from 1 million jewtube views
it depends on the niche and language of views, varies a lot
i dont get this aspie "hey guys how many views to get X money" mentality, doesnt work like that
>>1738565
10k a day would be like 100 bucks

About tree fiddy
I think at most 100 a month.
The key is to contact businesses directly and sell them ad space.

Per month or alltogether.
And is this with adsense?
None of this sounds like a lot of money. I don't understand how youtubers live off that without sponsors or living with their parents.

They don't. Those small to medium youtubers make nothing if they don't have sponsors. 1 million subs doesn't mean you are a millionaire. Hell, I am barely sure it means you make 5 digits.
You can always try to grow the site a bit and then offer it to local news agencies which can net you a nice pay.. You will have to show good numbers though.
It's all about clicks, if you put it in the right spot on your site you are looking at about $50 for 10000 visits

If youre a LOCAL new sites getting LOCAL traffic. Lease permenant ad-space to local business. Way better money than normal ads

This. Subscribers mean nothing. The normies just subscribe when they like a video without thinking long-term. In reality, you're lucky if even 10% of your subscribers subscribed because they like your channel in general and want to see more of you.
>mfw the typical normie is subscribed to 1,000+ channels

It depends on the subject of your website. The amount of money you get per thousand views is called cpm (cents per milli). This amount will average between $1-3, but can reach up to $40 for finance and insurance.
