> How is it free?
They invest your unsettled funds after a trade. It's also pretty basic shit.

> When is it coming to my country?
Never. They only have "plans" on an Australian beta.

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
If it takes more than 3 days, email their support. They are very good.

> Is this the place to pump and dump and/or shill a worthless stock?
NO! THIS IS 4CHAN, A PLACE OF POLITENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!

> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, am I being jewed?
No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform. -- (also learn difference between LIMIT and MARKET orders!!!)

> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want a 2nd account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

>How do I git gud?
Don't listen to any advice in this thread.

> Can I use Robinhood on my PC?
Yes, download an android emulator

> I'm ending the year with positive shekels! I'm rich!
Not so fast goyim, remember to report and pay taxes on any capital gains.

Im paper trading, can someone explain short selling to me a bit, im not talking about the basic concept but more about how brokers allow it.

Can you short on robinhood, are there specifics stocks that you can short. If there a stock that is going up can you short it with certain brokers or will they not allow it as im assuming that they need to have that stock in their ownership for you to borrow it and short to return later?

Using wall street survivor and I shorted 1500 shares of MYOS, sitting around $1600 profit if I sell, im guessing most wont allow me to do that with a lot of penny stocks right.

Find a stock you like. Read about it. Check SEC filings, market analysis, news, etc.

A neat trick is to search the company name and add .pdf. any relevant documents pop up, and you just gotta sift through and check the dates.

An edge, you will get long term alpha without one. Pick an industry where you have more knowledge than the average market participant, position long term on mispricings. If you don't have an industry like then you either switch to a diff mkt (commodities, treasuries etc) where you do, or go learn one that you are genuinely interested in it.

It sucks so bad that it sold rights in just NA for total of a 500 mil plus royalties? It's tapping into a non-existent market. There is no other drug for HSDD I'm females, AND it works in men.

Other Bios are flying for absolutely no reason or with very small insignificant catalysts. This is manipulation plain and simple. You're crazy if you think the stock is now somehow worth less after negotiating a deal that vindicates there product and removes all fear of a dilution. Right now someone big is excersizing there warrants and, when they have a sizeable position at a low price, they're gonna let this thing fly.

Here is your problem, a general care product without an established market needs significant resources to build. We aren't talking about an ultra-rare disease or some oncological indication where the product sells itself. There is a lot of market launch risk and not all partnerships are beneficial, just ask MNKD how their SNY deal went for example.

Also please never use the valuation that VRX assigns a company as a benchmark, they got hosed because they would overpay for everything, thats a debt roll-up story gone bad.

Everything you're saying is priced in. They didn't just suddenly reveal the nature of the drug. You can't justify the drop in the SP with facts that have been known to the market for months.

You're trying to find a logical justification for market actions but they have nothing to do with the actual value of the company right now. These are the kinds of situations you're supposed to profit off of.

And the money issue is why a deal that gives PTN up to 85 mil upfront and removes any dilution fears should raise faith in the company and thus the SP.

Idk wtf VRX is.

Nice.

Valeant pharmaceuticals, the company which purchased Addyi.

Also are there senior notes, convertible debt, warrants etc? That could be weighing as well as holders of that form of paper tend to short commons against it in open mkt. Good luck

Sold RXII today to free up buying power then the mother fucker pops in AH. Please let this ride end...
>>
>>1728229
Ok quickly looked at their latest prospectus and 10-Q... it's exactly as I suspected.

"As of September 30, 2016 and 2015, common shares issuable upon conversion of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, the exercise of outstanding options and warrants (excluding the Series A 2012, Series B 2012, Series C 2014, Series E 2015 and Series I 2016 warrants issued in connection with the July 3, 2012, December 23, 2014, and July 2, 2015 private placement offerings and the August 4, 2016 underwritten offering), and the vesting of restricted stock units amounted to an aggregate of 44,479,663, and 32,908,798 shares, respectively"

You have a negative balence sheet and the company perpetually finances themselves by collateralizing their loans with more convertibles.

Now granted you do have a cash injection of 60M (other 25M is for future expenses) so now you have a net bal. of 49M with a cash burn rate of 13M annually. Yeah you're about fairmarket value with a fully diluted outstanding share count of 165,848,269 if we use a DCF model against any future royalties you may be overpriced by about 0.08/share
>>
>>1728242
tl;dr you're fucked
>>
>>1728242
So PTN fucking sucks?
>>
Holding RNVA and HEB for huge gainz tomorrow
>>
>>1728242

Again, you're looking at info that has been available to the market for months and using it to justify a sell off NOW.

I agree that warrants are bringing the SP price down, but only because they're being executed. This many warrants being executed is a bullish sign, it means people are accumulating.

If you want to explain the current SP then explain why the AMAG deal was a bad one, bad enough to actually lower the value of the stock (which as you mentioned before, was plagued with dilution fears before the deal was confirmed).
>>
Looking at DCTH and i want some opinions here

Fucker is oversold as fuck with high volume. However theyre creating some convertible shares with a price floor at .8....its currently at .44. Wouldnt that cause it to moon? Why is its short interest at 15%?
>>
>>1728277
m8, if the warrant holders were converting and accumulating stock you would be pinning in a range, besides the commons are below the strike prices. They are likely shorting against the warrant and collecting the diff to lower their net cost basis. Your risk here is obvious, that of a reverse split. Do you know the rights of each class in a stock split? This can go in a toxic loop indefinitely, but let's assume this wont happen and the share capital here remains the same

165,848,269 OS x 0.45/share = ~74.6M market capitalization

Net of next year's cash we are looking at ~38.6M in premium for the rights to future royalties. The first tranche triggers when the drug hits 250M with a payment of 25M. This will optimistically take 3 years to reach. I haven't even factored in any launch success odds (which are low) and you're already overvalued. Best case you are sitting on dead money here, worst case you get caught in the aforementioned toxic loop while management ramps overhead costs and pockets money from shareholders lol.

But go ahead and hold, not my money

Sold at 3.40 when I saw what was happening. Got in at 1.78. Might move to DNN if it goes lower. Seems like 2 day runs for uranium followed by a drop to a higher low.

Still up 4% for the day.
>>
>>1728326

AMAG is already familiar with the women's health market and there simply is no other drug that treats HSDD. It's not just a general care product, this will be the only product doctors can recommend when there female patients want to fuck.

10% in royalties is definitely significant when they are receiving a potential half a billion just for rights to NA.

It would be dead money if they had sold the drug altogether but they didn't, there is now potential (and they have expressed this in CC) for sale of rights to other parts of the world. If they made a similar deal in Europe the stock would be worth double what it is now in pure market cap terms.
>>
>>1728386
Good luck with it, I'm not here to beg you to sell it. If you're lucky, you might get a good pop from short covering so the warrant holders can wash it again and milk it more.

I'm kind of fucked because I can't sell unless I call my broker due to new account/international trading red tape. Bought at $2.18. Not sure why URRE decided to release bad news on the worst trading day for uranium.

you are delusional as fuck, just take your losses and move on
>B-But the women's health market
didnt you get the memo that market is just 50M of women in USA,have you actually read what subjects wrote on the drug?nausea, skin become bright red near the injection zone, doesnt help with frequency, some women reported that doesnt even work and shrekli said that brem will not sell (i would trust him)
>If they made a similar deal in Europe would be worth double
in what 1 year?2?how many years are you counting to bagholding this shit?they can survive atleast 1 year just with cash amag gave them and if i learned something from ptn is that this ceo he just doesnt give a fuck about shareholders so i dont think they will rush deals with europe, which leads me to next point,
spana is a faggot and that he moved fda approval to 2018 delaying your future "earnings" even more time,Do you know that after they complete the deal (months from now)they will finally tell us result of phase 2 ending for cardiac failure drug and phase 1 of the other one?what if (which is likely)those drugs failed or had not so good results?this would drop the company value more, moons missions are everywhere bagholding this shit doesnt seem like a savy decision.

t. ptn bagholder like you with 40% loss

It will most likely correct. Spot uranium went up for the first time in a year and a half.

You might have to hold a little longer to get your gains back.

make your money back by buying CALA dips. I am in way lower than here (2.90 avg), but the stock is worth quite a bit more than the current market cap, clean share structure, and management that actually knows what the fuck they are doing. Adage purchased 500k shares in the open market at 3.35, CEO has been taking stock options and vesting them into shares without much sales. It's going into the double digits this year.

Those side effects are nothing as far a drugs go. 80% of women in the studies chose to continue taking the drug. It also works for men.

Maybe it's just because I'm not down nearly as much as you so I will have a lot of chances to get out if I choose to, but Im not nearly as pessimistic about the drug or Palatin.

It was an early stage company at the time, prolonged weakness in small cap bios and the market threw the baby out w. the bathwater especially without meaningful catalysts for that period. CEO wont get replaced, has a good relationship with adage since pre-IPO who now owns 18% of the OS. Same management which sold Proteolix to Onyx from nothing for 800M, joined Onyx's team and later flipped out to Amgen for 11B. I bet on the jockey as well as the horse.

From the product perspective, they have a research collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb for Renal Cell Carcinoma in combining Their Glutaminase inhib (CB-839) with PD-1 that was recently announced and is driving prices up. CB-839 also managed to achieve multiple PRs in the salvage setting of triple-negative breast cancer in a phase 1 dose finding study where patients were resistant to Taxanes and the 839 in combination reversed that resistance.

Real value driver is arginase inhibition though which functions like a metabolic checkpoint inhibitor for both NK and T-cell populations. The initial PK look at the therapy showed that the lowest dose level 50mg twice daily achieved meaningful increases in serum Arginine above the threshold necessary for immune activation.

At sub 100M you're buying a clinical stage asset that can combine with nearly all of Bristol's latest partnerships and buyouts in immune oncology.

yep i read about it on a fitness forum specialized on steroids(some subjects reported a huge libido increase like they were 16 again and affirm that brem is better then cialis and viagra together boosting libido and giving them rock hard erections but only after 5-6 hours randomly other reported nothing happened at all or the side effects listed before) i was hoping that they would confirm this officially during conference call but NOPE!! so its probably just rumors because otherwise spana really is a fucking moron(male market is fucking HUGE)
anyway i wish you good luck anon and to make a lot of money

I have like 20-30% of my portfolio in the most underwhelming etfs ever. I bought them when I was a babby investor and didn't know what I was doing.

They're all commodity industry indexes like KOL and XOF that pay shitty dividends and just seem to mostly bleed red a couple pennies a day. Should I sell these shits at a minor loss and reinvest or just hold tight and hope commodities go up?
>>
Almost everything /biz/ suggested today is down. What happened? And no real gainers among the ones that didn't.
>>
>>1728804
Off the top of my head, there is still bearish momentum from Trump tweeting about pharma. Also the bull run on Uranium is mostly retards that think URRE or URA as something to do with nuclear weapons.
>>
>>1728823
There's lots of reasons to be bullish on uranium right now. But yeah, nuclear weapons are not one of them.

Yeah I just need that capital to buy dips in my main growth stocks and other opportunities. I bought them knowing commodities are depressed but with the strong dollar idk when theyll improve so they are just dead money and I have other stocks in mind for stable dividends.
