Fuck this shit. I hate this.
Why is it that I get failed in interviews for hesitating while thinking how to best word answers (which I dont even do anymore desu) while every video with employees at these jobs has them stuttering, hesitating and so on all the fucking time and you hear ALL the time about people being bad at their job?
If you dont have a posh accent or are one of da lads (or female equivalent), it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a good job in the UK.

Well,, in last job I worked as refugee center security and that team consist of 2~5 staff members per day and 120 male refugees..
and then continue to talk how we all did a huge shit of teamwork to get all things work out
