Is there any way to make profit on Weapons grade autism? If i ever make a company, should i hire autists? If so, how? What kind of company? What tasks do i give them? Will it be an better investment compared to hiring normal people?

Not of you're dealing clients, which is all businesses.
Microsoft has an autism hiring program, so they're probably trying to do just that.
Also, I heard about a sports bet guy in vegas who hired an autist to memorize sports stats to help him with his bets.

At my company they have some slick talking business types to deal with custos. Then they have the rows of autists who do the real gruntwork and are usually left alone.
So yea, you gotta have both

as long as you are straight forward giving your autist tasks, and cut the social mingling bullshit in the office, you will have a devote employee for life.
too bad your HR is full of tumblerinas that just trash these people without giving them a chance

Its called the NSA.
this got me thinking a thought i have never come across before.
has anyone been to any office parties and seen an autist shitfaced?
On a serious note i think they could be a deadly force in an office environment given that too many people dont take the piss with them as at the end of the day it is kind of sad when people pick on them like that. I would keep them away from client meetings though they might not perform very well in meeting rooms.
Already been done
