Boomers are getting to that age where they're too old to care for themselves, and will soon start dying off in loads in the next 10-20 years.

My dad is a millionaire investor. Retirement homes and daycare centers are both great investments right now.

I've been to Johor Bahru and I did get a sense that it was Singapore's dumping ground.
How hard is it to emigrate to Singapore at the moment from UK? Any easy routes in? For some reason I'm attracted to Singapore's current affairs and culture and want to live there to run /biz/ but I'm willing to go through any route until achieving PA as quick as possible so I can move in to business thereafter.
