I know Bob's strength is his ability to work on foreign cars but his weakness is that he has no experience running a shop.

Jackie's strength is that she can be the book keeper so that would help greatly.

If they choose to run the shop out of there garage then I know volume could be a problem.

Is there any other strengths and weakness I am missing?
