There is a process the lessor has to go through to evict you.
Even though you haven't paid your rent, they won't kick you out for a bit.
I would just get a job asap and then try to get enough money before you get kicked out to get another place.

According to the rules my tenants have two weeks to pay the rent, and they can only be late once per 12 month period. If OP was my tenant he would have gotten an eviction notice today. That's the only process here. I don't understand why people buy investment properties in jurisdictions where they cant easily evict deadbeat tenants.
