Alright biz I'm looking for an apartment and I need some help.
me:

>20k debt to pay down
>make roughly 60k a year
>own my car outright
option one:
>studio
>1,100 a month
>45 minutes away from work
Option two:

>1500$
>10-15 minutes away from work
is the amount I save even worth it? I am fine with both areas but would prefer to live closely

Depends, is the 45 minute drive all rural road or highway?
But with the 45 minute commute, you're spending around 9 hours a week in your care as opposed to 2-1/2 hours, just to "save" $400. Is the extra 30 hours you'll spend in the car per month worth an extra $400 to your name?
