Why isn't there an app for super basic services like: computer repair, oil change, house cleaning, babysitter, tutor, driving lessons.

Basically any job that takes cash money. Take those jobs away from big business that just take a cut from their employee's wages.

Also this doesn't work that well, every idiot is trying to make "the uber of X" type apps basically, and very few of them will take off or be sustainable. There's more overhead than people think.
