You're asking a lot more than you think you are. There's a lot of nuance to taxation and any well thought out idea is going to be 4-5 maxed-out posts long including these nuances but not the full wording that would be ordinary to prevent loop-holes. If you're looking for something vague, that's a bit different.
I'd say keep everything the way it is, but I'd specifically pay only 5% federally on everything.
