Brochachos, I've been researching AMD for a few months now, and the recent upwards trend is great news. Also, the volume is increasing as well as the price of the stock - which points to a continued increase in the coming days/weeks. That being said, this would be the first time I consider buying stocks from a company in this particular industry. Help a fellow /biz/nessman out please and tell me if AMD is a good buy on Monday or not? I'm personally leaning towards waiting for a correction drop and then buying in, but the issue is that there do not appear to be any signs of such a drop coming anytime soon. The stock really does seem to be on a sustainable uptrend.
Nvidia is a better company in every way.
It's cheap as fuck. Even if something goes wrong you'll be alright. Do it.
You should have bought a while ago. That being said I have read predictions for AMD being $7 by the end of the year. It's up to you. what does your gut tell you?

I try to not buy impulsively, so I'm not going to buy based on my gut. Now in terms of predictions, everyone is saying that AMD is only going to improve. Some say it will reach the 10s or 20s by year's end, and others, like you, claim a more conservative 5-8 range. Either way, the stock is going up i suppose. I'll keep lurking this thread just to see any other opinions though. I still have a day to make a decision.

>cheap as fuck
That's not convincing enough to buy amigo. o you have any other insight on it? I'd appreciate any help I could get on this stock. Luckily, time is on my side this time.

>is AMD a buy?
It is.

>That's not convincing enough to buy amigo
Listen here, you fucking spic - we aren't here to give you reasons to buy or sell [x] stock. There are insider trading laws that would fucking grill our asses if we did. Either buy the stock, or don't and shut the fuck up. Next time you pull this shit you're getting deported _and_ reported.

I keep telling myself to buy the drips, then i miss the dips, then I miss the money, and here I am telling others to do what I keep not doing. I'd wait for a dip, buy, and hold. Alternatively...wait until you believe there will be announcements (GPus...cpus...blah blah blah) buy before then (how? lol idk), and then hold or sell for profats.
