Legit answer, invest in pictures of gorillas eating. $10 for 100 pics. Be warned it is very volatile. Saw the value get halved then go back to normal earlier.

Eh, gf carved a happyface and I scratched it off when I got nervous. Took a pic
Also, this is called being a broker. I'm doing $50 of ETH + some Trump for my bro.

I think there might be some laws about needing to pass a series 7 exam?
Nothing a hardcore bro who ain't got time to bleed should worry about go for it

are you registered to do so? if not then dont risk it.
>>1398156
Yeah to get paid for providing financial advice you have to register with the state securities agency and pass the 6/7 and 66

thats fin advice, not actively managing other peoples money, which is a different ordeal altogether. (you can either start a trendy micro boutique firm or you're going to have to dish out tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, if not millions, to start a firm thanks to entry barrier)

I have family who want me to help them invest their money in crypto currencies since they don't have a fucking clue about it and think it's magic.
I refuse to do it because I don't want any extra drama if I lose them money. But if I did I would definitely have some kind of commission. Fuck working for free for anyone.

You mean being a broker?
Instead of "keeping some of the profit" which is strictly illegal without a prior agreement--as your post implies--just fucking charge for the service.
If you don't even know that being a broker is a legitimate form of business then you don't have the skills or knowledge necessary to game the system without getting caught.
Being a financial advisor seems sucky.
It seems like the only way you could sleep at night is to tell clients upfront: "hey I might lose your money"
