you need to separate your utilities from your rent, include them in your list, or indicate that they're included in your rent.

maybe add in a line for misc savings. maybe $1200/year ($100/month). that way you can rent a car/taxi/buy train ticket when you need it, it can be used to replace clothes, bike maintenance, etc.

insurance? if this is america, it's now illegal to NOT have health insurance. if that comes out of your wages, then that's fine (maybe still add it in).

investments? this is /biz/. if you contribute to a 401k or something, maybe add that in just so you have an even more complete idea of what your net pay is.
