I don't work that hard and I get paid near minimum wage. They seem to think I am working at an alright pace. Should I feel guilty that I'm incredibly unproductive and hate being there?

They probably feel blessed to get anything out of you at all. If a company pays their employees minimum wage they should expect to get minimum work quality, effort, and loyalty because they are scraping the bottom of the barrel. Minimum wagers are somewhere between welfare recipients and skilled workers. They are not lazy enough to milk the system but not driven enough to land a job making more money. As with anything, you get what you pay for.
