What's going to give me a better return? I'm looking for a third income option.
Have a friend who invited me to sell HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), he's making 2k per week on sales.
At the same time, this whole board is filled with meme stocks, currency trading and other investment gigs. Seems like there is a lot of money to be made especially if you develop a great app, video game or blow up in stock.

look at classified ads in your area
carefully
and look at old ones too
you'll find out which jobs are in high demand because the same ad stays on for a long time
if you want to base your job career off of that, you'll be successful
