Theres not much Trump can do legally. The developers are not a company selling the coins and are not in it for commercial enterprise.

Additionally, Trump is a political figure anyway, so this is technically covered under freedom of speech. It's like creating a shirt with George W Bush or Obama on it, theres nothing they can do to sue because they are political (and thus public) figures.

Before you bring up Kanyecoin, yes Kanye sued, but he is not a political figure and thus has a case under Right of Publicity. Trump on the other hand, cannot as he is now considered a political figure.
