What if I file my taxes but I lie about my income... what if I INCREASE my income to 300k from 60k, get a payment plan that I can handle, and then go buy a house with my sweet looking tax income forms?

Sounds like your trying to buy a house you cannot afford. Also the bank lending to you is going to want to see more than just your tax filings. Going to need to see pay stubs and or proof of income.

You will have less than 0 money. Fed Tax, State Tax, and Social Security Tax on 240k is well over 60k.
