The gold market is doing exactly what it should be doing. Inflation didn't materialize as we thought in 2011, but that doesn't mean that it won't prop up in the future. The next 12 months will be a decline to $800-$900, followed by consolidation.

Basically, if the economy shits the bed, Yellen is going to institute QE4 and commodities will be off to the races again.
