We should somehow think of some point system which gives some people higher voting power than others, for example those who have a degree in STEM, those who have a certain networth, etc.

Because I have seen that YouTube video where they interview people outside an Obama rally asking "Why are you voting for Obama" and they straight up said "LOOK AT MAH SKIN MAN, I'M BLACK, OF COUSE I'M GONNA VOTE FOR HIM". I can guarantee you this "equal human being" would not be able to point out any policies of Obama, any other candidates or answer even simple questions regarding the political system.

I can see how a multiplier would be considered unfair by some and protested. Making voting cost $1000 could also easily be protested with how it prevents poorfags from voting and all that. Those would never ever pass. But THIS is simply impossible to not implement.
