What's the point in investing in this shit if it just drops back down. I swear man I'm starting to really lose faith in ETH and cryptos in general....why should I not just go into real estate and put my money into something that gurantees gains every month instead of something that's basically gambling?

I was in a accident back in Feb. After my attorneys spent the past few months discussing and collecting info the insurance company agreee to settle. We have no reason to expect they'll decline the demand. When all is said and done I'll end up with around $60,000 for me.
How do I make this last? How do I make this money make me money? This could be my make it or break it moment. I'm 23 and am in the service industry in line to become management at an Applebee's. Pretty dead-end desu. If I'm smart I can use this money to create a foundation If I fuck up I'll be back working 40+ hours to live.
How do I do this?
