What I did was get really cheap rent by asking around while having a source of income. It's all about having a source of income and working is a great way. Sometimes there are times when the money is low and we have bad times.

Why would you suggest to pursue that much time, specially since old? Not to mention, in the summer you do things for them and then even when you graduate you have to serve them for a few years.
