I would litterally stack it in my closet in a little house in the country and take the risk. Fuck laundering it or finding a swiss bank account. They always get fucked in the movies when they trust their money to some shady foriegn bank

Let's say I want to use the cash without raising suspicion, how do I do that? I can't just walk up to an estate agent with a bunch of cash and ask to buy a house

Cheap dirt

Am I the only here who finds accounting sort of fun?

Maybe it's because in the Netherlands an accountant who is past the trainee/intern stage is basically a financial adviser. Basically businesses hire you to help maximize profits. You're also getting new clients all the time so it doesn't get stale. Even if it does, accounting is the gateway job to the financial world and accountants with experience are in high demand because they make businesses flourish for a living and have good people skills. I guess accounting is more like bookkeeping in the States.

A lot of analyst positions in the US like accounting experience. Im finishing up my last semester at uni and I am purposely taking another financial accounting class (as an elective). Even though I am majoring and econ and minoring in business, I know that accounting skills can serve as a gateway into legit entry level financial analyst positions.

Try to apply for other positions anyway. If you explain you can just more than tax work they'll hire you as long as you've got a financial background.

i'm looking to buy some silver or possibly gold incase shit hits the fan,
now should be a good time to buy some so how would i go about it?

as of now i am thinking of buying some silver online.
should i get gold instead?
don't buy online?

i have about 4k to spend max, but i don't want to go over 3k

Go on vacation instead. You'd be too retarded to sell even if you were right.
>>
>>1033639
this isn't necessarily about making a profit, i am mainly doing this to secure some of my extra income, as i said, incase shit hits the fan.
>>
>>1033646
Then you are even dumber. 3K in a precious metal is so low of an amount that it is worthless. At todays prices that is only three ounces of gold.

If "shit hits the fan" niggers will just take it from you. Any real dealer will not bother with you because you have so little of an amount.

For a given period, the quantity of money in circulation times the rate at which money is being spent is equal to GDP times price level.
Or some shit like that.

>>1034989
quantity of money in circulation x the rate at which money is being spent = GDP x price level.

Do you understand that when do pro-numerals are next to eachother, it is assumed they are being multiplied?

At this point, what can I do to improve? I want 800 +
22 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
There's really nothing you can do at that point, at this point it's a matter of time.

Just keep your utilization below 10%, never miss a payment, rinse/repeat and in 10 years you'll be above 800.

Pretty much this. Once you've got a handle on the factors that you can control, the only one left is average age of credit history, which only goes up with the passage of time AND if you don't open new accounts.
>>
Buy a car.
Your credit score doesn't improve over time. In fact, if you're doing the same shit over and over again it can drop. You need to flex your credit often to keep it high. Best thing to do is buy a high ticket item, like a car. My brother was stuck at 750. He financed a $5k car and it jumped up 80 points.

Hey /biz/,

Is there much of a difference in terms of investment strategies in australia compared to the majority discussed here which are generally american based?

I'm 23 with about $50,000, about to start back at work after a year off and haven't got a solid investment plan.

Real estate is quite expensive here so i would still need a fair bit of time before I have a good enough deposit together. I've just sold my car and will need to buy another one which I'm planning on spending $10-15000 on.

Whats the best use for the rest of my money (~35-$40000)? A mutual fund/etf seems the obvious option but how else should I diversify my cash?

Thanks guys.

I've heard that with China removing the one child policy, Chinese pollution contaminating food, and Australia's land endowment, agriculture and exports of wheat etc from Aus to China is going to be big in the coming decades. Not sure how valid that is though.

I have made 170k in the past 3 months trading in "white gold". Dairy stocks on ASX are HOT.
One example is this on Friday..

Other stocks to look at for a good trade or 10 are; A2M, BAL, AHF, BCF. The 2 days trading that occurred between Christmas and New-years were very lucrative.

I am about to crash and burn and my credit will be destroyed. No stopping it. I have $20,000 available on my credit cards though I'd like to withdraw before I go down and they restrict my credit.

I'm thinking about buying $20,000 worth of gold, something I can cash in later for around what I paid for it. So I have some stashed away I can rebuild with later. Is that even legal?
46 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
>>1033222

No of course not.

20k of gold is nothing. If you had 10 million in credit, you could withdraw 10 million in gold and fuck off to Ghanna
>>
>>1033228
Do you think gold is the best option? I'm looking for something I can buy with credit cards and cash in later without losing too much of the value. Stash it away, then not pay the credit card bills and go under. Weather the storm for awhile, then secretly cash in whatever I bought and have $20,000 to use as a down payment to buy a house under my sister's name.
>>
>>1033234

Gold is the best option. It is still a bad idea.

I guess diamonds, but you need to know a whole lot about diamonds to fuck with diamonds
