Even if you get what you want at your present position, you're probably going to be seen as a disloyal careerist(not that there's anything wrong with that.) You'll be able to stay for a while, but eventually your going to have to move one anyway.

If you can't find something in short order, go in high but reasonable. Use Glassdoor for others with the same title at competitors or whatever as supporting evidence.

They rewrote their platform when they released BBV10 to compete with iPhones and androids.

It didn't really help then and they're basically all out of moves as a company. Very few businesses have contracts with BB anymore and the number isn't going to grow

Some of their IP holdings are the only thing of value. As a brand, they're dead.
