How to test if your bars are real without drilling into them?
Assuming weight and dimension are on point and they pass the acid test because they have actual gold coating, how could one test them?

They use xray devices for this. You have certified instances who can test this for you.

No other option than xrays?
Could i have them tested in a bank or where?

So I'm a 28 year old NEET that hasn't had a job since my teens and has been living off of inheritance.

I worked as a teen and filed taxes once, went to college, and then had a lot depressing shit happen and just went completely off the grid for almost a decade.

I've done a few odd jobs over the years, but they always paid in cash and I never made more than 2k at the most on any given year.

I've never had an actual income, but I've also never filed taxes. I've never had the IRS contact me either, but I was told that filing now would cause a shit storm.

How fucked am I if I file taxes in my current state with no income and just ~50k in the bank that is all inheritance?

Who do I go to talk to about getting this fixed so that I don't end up owing them massive amounts in penalties?

>>
Well, you've had no income. Unless you've owed taxes for capital gains (presumably since you've had a lump of money in savings lol) or some other property, then nothing to worry about.
>>
>>1080446

I don't have any capital gains and the house I live in is an 80k paid for home that my parents owned

The inheritance wasn't that much at all, and it's easy to live off of it because the house is paid for.

Is there a way to file stating that I have had no income for this long?
>>
>>1080452
Quit worrying, the government knows you haven't had a job. You're not going to get in trouble. If you're super worried go talk to a tax attorney, most will give you a first time meeting for free. They are going to tell you the same though.

I'm looking for a useful language to learn in the future.

I already speak english, finnish and swedish. I want to learn one/two more languages. Which one should I pick? Any language suggestions welcome, but if you have any insight about chinese vs japanese from a job/financial standpoint, please do tell.

Also, sorry if this is posted all the time.

I have actually been interested in studying German and Russian for a while. But at the moment I'm leaning a bit more toward Russian. Do you have any personal experience or opinion? Thanks.

You have $250 dollars, a telephone and access to a free email account.

You must make $10,000 dollars in 30 days or your entire family will be tortured to death. You may not spend another penny than the $250 you have been allotted. You may NOT gamble in any way or use any other speculative means to try and multiply your cash.

Good luck

Go to a lending company (or call them) and get a $10,000 loan. Let's say you have 10 people in your family. If all of you work full time at even a minimum wage, you will make 10,000 in less than a month.

Awesome! Just curious how did the company secure most of its lending in the initial stages? Through personal lenders or commercial loans/ mortgages?
>>
>>1079942
Selling shares.
It basically got to big for me to have any meaningful control over what was happening as my vote made little to no difference so I sold the rest of my portion and so did a bunch of other little guys and then the few big partners went public.

>"While the recession may be long over, many Americans are still living one bill away from financial disaster.

>Despite the stronger economy, a lack of emergency savings that would help them weather an unexpected expense such as a health crisis or car breakdown remains a serious handicap. In fact, about 63 percent of Americans say they're unable to handle a $500 car repair or a $1,000 emergency room bill, according to a new survey from Bankrate.com.

>Its findings shed light on a disconnect between rosier economic figures, such as an unemployment rate that's declined steadily since 2010, and what continues to be the worrying financial reality for many Americans. Real median household income has slumped since 1999, when it reached a high of $57,843, and now hovers at about $54,000.

>But given the increasing costs of everything from food to health care, that has left many families struggling to put money aside for rainy days.

>Even though most people would think such financial shocks are rare, the fact is they're increasingly common, partly because American workers are more likely than ever to see big swings in income due to job losses or cuts in hours."

My sister, brother, father, and mother would all be in trouble.

I don't understand how they did this to themselves.

Anyone here do anything like unconventional marketing consultation? Stuff like "paid shill," guerrilla marketing, social media manipulation, etc? I've been reading a few books on it, counter-intelligence, manipulation, etc and I thought about putting out a few lines and seeing what bites. I have set up different emails, sock-puppet accounts for different fora, instagram(s?), facebook accounts, twitter, and all that stuff to make it look like I have a small network of people. I was also planning on hiring "agents" if necessary in order to do what a client needed.

There's nothing like it around my area, but quite a few small businesses and "regular" businesses in the city near me that I think could benefit from it. It would cost me nothing in order to start and operate for some time, and I have nothing but time being unemployed at the moment.

>>

Maybe I am not looking in the right places, but so far I have found nothing. I know a few business owners and they mainly do stuff on Facebook but it's pretty mediocre to virtually nonexistent.

I think if I reached out to them and tried to help I could get something going.

Hey /biz/, what do you guys think will happen to crude prices in the next few years? Do you think they will rise back up? Haven't many U.S. wells been capped?

What do you guys think about buying like $1000 of UWTI stock? I think it's a bit risky, but my thinking is as follows....if crude rises back to previous highs, as seen in the chart, you will at least increase your money 5x (it was trading at like $10/shares before it dropped). In the past, it has even traded at like $600 shares, which would be amazing gains. Worst case scenario, I guess you lose $1000. What do you guys think? Do you think crude will rise back up in late 2017 or 2018?

Nope. This is the end. Hundreds of thousands of jobs have been cut. The oil industry cannot recover from this.

Only a World war is next by no later than 2018
>>
>>1078933
Slow increase to a stabilization point now that the cartel has been broken.

Current prices are too low for most oil companies to survive.
>>
>>1078943
Exactly, which will lead to a monopoly and so higher prices, right?

I get bored. I once did one of those websites where you get a 300% deposit bonus, so I put in $10 and got $40.. ofcourse it had some ridiculous terms and conditions to it like having to bet the amount 35 times on a slot machine.

I went to play blackjack instead and got up to $600..which ofcourse I couldn't withdraw and ended up losing a while later anyways, but it's not a fun thing to do. It's boring.

So, tell me about your games.

I laugh at all of you here who spend their entire lives chasing money. The elite know that money is nothing compared to POWER. I chase for POWER. Just look at Ted Cruz. A man who could have millions with just his law degree from HAHHVARD. Yet he is a psychopath who wants more. He wants to the be the most powerful man on the free earth. Stop chasing the money you losers.
