MERCK AND NOVARTIS HAVE PATENTED ZIKA CURES
The Zika virus is being portrayed as an incurable new virus by the media, but pharmaceutical companies Merck and Novartis patented cures for the Zika virus in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Both companies are, therefore, positioned to make a huge profit from the decision of WHO to declare Zika a public health emergency, triggering Zika vaccine and drug programmes.
http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/inquirer/zika-virus-no-vaccine-no-cure/news-story/27798e82e6e11d4844f9d9a741e066f6
A search of the United States Patent and Trademark Office database shows that Merck is named as the assignee of the patent of a cure for the Zika virus, ie as the person who holds the whole interest of a patent, invented by others.
The date the application was filed is given as October 5, 2006.

Novartis is also named in a patent for a Zika cure, dated February 7, 2008.

Just because it's patented doesn't mean it's effective, anon. This is probably just a strategic patent on their protocol.

Is there anyone who I could help achieve something great. I'm a graduate in international management and I will help any entrepreneur who wants to go international! just tell me what you need to know, I'll answer your question!
>>1082070
Are you gonna call yourself an international manager of mystery?
>>1082070
man I'd totally go international. whenever i have a chance/I go international full stop. there is not a reason to go international in our day and age. sometimes i my international is so engorged (so to say) that i go full international and ITFO (international the fuck out) of myself.
>tfw no international
man, just get over your useless degree you rused yourslf in.
>>1082070
Yea you can help me. I'm trying to run a startup sperm bank. I put my sperm into used Mountain Dew bottles and empty Cheetos bags and try to sell it internationally. I could really use an international manager to ramp up the amount of customers I can reach.

Hi /biz/
I'm a lowly car salesman. The cars I sell are ~£50,000+ ($72000+)
I've been tasked to go out and find a way to connect with local businesses who would like a high end business car.
I'm kind of stumped and don't know where to start. Could you provide me with any tips?
How do I go about forming relationships with business owners in the area with no data that I can use?
How did you get into selling cars? Any prior sales experience of any kind? I assume you for work BMW/audi/benz, do you enjoy it?
Anyways, I would look for independent businesses (non franchise) who maybe have a strong local reputation (likely a friendlier owner). Go for businesses that you think earn a lot/ have been around for a while. When you finally meet them, I suggest you try to sell them the car by showing how it could help their business. For example I know a real estate agent who bought a BMW X3 and wrapped it with her company, face and name all over it. Similarly, many performance autoshops buy exotics and mod it/wrap it with their name all over it.
>>1082036
It was random really - I really needed a job after uni and it was the best thing going. I'm only doing it in the interim so I can move to a different role within the company.
I actually don't really enjoy selling cars even though I'm quite good at it - I'm the European top 3. Most customers are fine to deal with it's just the others which are self-entitled assholes who always throw their toys out the pram like little babies.
No previous sales experience. I don't want to stay in sales too long I just need the recognition for business acumen.
Thanks for the advice of contacting a friendly owner! I know a few and they are an invaluable asset.

Real estate businesses
Call them up and say that you have a sale or something (hopefully you do) and that this would be a prime opportunity for them to come and take a look at your selection as they would save money as well as improve their marketing.

Your financial goal.
My financial goal:
Get 1000 euro's passive income a month.
Become financially independent, don't have a job.
Rent a small apartment. Live frugal but comfy. not being a wageslave.
Have all the time in the world to do what I want.
Partly use the time I have to make more money with investing, saving, trading, learning, enjoying life.
How I want to achieve these goals:
Websites and adsense. I own 3 small forums that I am growing.
For now, somehow save up enough money to be able to afford an apartment in 2-3 years.
Though I just started an apprenticeship and I obviously don't make much €.
Trying to save up around 200€ each month is already my limit.
I need a plan, any tips?
Do you need to register as foreign business in Nevada if all your business is done online?
I'm a US citizen been living in Japan on and off selling random stuff online for pocket money. I'm moving back soon and I wanted to make an LLC so I could have a partner in the states help with tech stuff and expand into a legitimate small business. Neither of us are residents of Nevada but everything I've read says Nevada has better legal protection.
Can I file my taxes for this with Nevada?
call a lawyer in nevada
Start a car company that doesn't actually sell many cars and doesn't earn a profit.
Then tell your shareholders you aren't interested in making money.
Then come up with 10 or 15 pipe dream ideas that will never get off the ground.
Then wait for more suckers to hand you their hard earned money.

>use money to make mem companies that produce cult followings

So you know Japanese?
Anyone seen the recent paper explaining that according to their research since the US made the extensive trade agreements with China in the 90's, American workers have actually lost more jobs than were gained from this trade. They adjusted for all the arguments about structural changes, dying industries, and the new jobs that were made by the trade.
Their eventual conclusion was that free trade is still generally good, but China was a special case because of their sheer economies of scale and lack of regard for the environment.

"Free" trade and globalization take money from the lower-middle class and give it to the rich. I wish it wasn't so.
