Can someone give me a step-by-step on how to buy Bitcoin and then use it to get Ethereum?
53 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
1) stick your cock up your ass
2) piss as much as you can while continuously drinking fluids
3) ???
4) you are now mining ethereums
>>
1. Coinbase, link a credit card for instant buy
2. Kraken or Polyniex, transfer the bitcoins to one of those exchange wallets and then put an order in to sell your bitcoin for (assuming) $USD. Then make an order to buy ETH/USD.

If thats not clear enough for you then I don't know what else I can do for ya, friend. Good luck though.

Also get a private wallet for your ether eventually.

Go to a truck stop and find a prostitute. You might have to patrol a while to find one that isn't a straight slag, but truck stop prostitutes will probably take the lowest amount of pay.

jesus christ i hate money
>ok so first of all i had one cent in my bank account at the beginning of the month right?
then on the 12th i called up my dental insurance company and told them i needed to cancel my subscription of 27.99 a month
>so they say oh okay well give you a refund for this month,im like wait,i still have to pay for this month even though its not the day you take out?
so then yesterday i deposited $5.00 to have money to pay for a shipping label for an item i sold for $6.92 on ebay
>but it turns out the shipping label cost $5.75 cents,so i go to check out with paypal and before it even ASKS me if i want to make a split transaction(like i was planning on) it just takes it all straight out of my bank account
so today i went down there with a gold dollar and deposited that to "trick" the bank into thinking my balance was $6.01 instead of $5.01 since it didnt update until 8.am
so you know the transaction from paypal could go through without causing me an overdraft fee right?
but it turns out i had forgotten about the humana bullshit and my account balance was $-21.98
>so i went to my grandpa borrowed $30 deposited $27.74 to cover both the negative balance and the upcoming cost of the paypal transaction
and now hopefully instead of getting rammed up the ass with two $25 overdraft fees i only get rammed up the ass with one
and since humana is refunding me $27.99 ill just pay it back with that and still come out $2.99 ahead
>also i hit the right side of my head on the car doorway getting into it
>im starting to think that the banks that offer free checking accounts count on you getting at least 2 overdraft fees a year so they can make some money off your stupid ass
in the almost 4 years ive been banking with them ive only had to pay one overdraft fee of $25
>and i intend to keep it under $50 in fees every five years
>(and trust me i know people like me are hated by the banks)

How do I moneys managements?
>>
My work used to bank with SunTrust. We're a government entity, but for some reason we've got to set up our own fucking bank account. SunTrust swore up and down that as a public entity we wouldn't have to pay any fees on the account, but sure enough, we ended up with a $15 fee every month. I told my boss we were going to get an overdraft if this keeps up and if she didn't deposit some more funds into the account. She ignores me, we get an overdraft, and then we switch banks.

Prior to this, I had to make a $20,000 deposit. You have to answer a few questions for the feds when you make deposits or withdrawals over $10,000, but I stood there for 30 minutes while this bitch struggled to fill out the questionnaire on her computer screen. For some fucking reason, the dumb cunt couldn't wrap her head around what I did or who I worked for.

A few months later, and after my job had quit banking with them, I went there to cash in a savings bond that had matured. The teller had no fucking clue how to do this and I stood in line there for another 30 minutes while she and a manager who also had no clue how to do this struggled to complete this $216 transaction.

Fuck SunTrust.

What will these tax plans do to the US Markets?

Historically, does lower taxes put more money into everyone's pocket and lead to more spending?

Does higher taxes lead to less spending?

Will this correlate to stock market trends?

>>1096450
Higher taxes = government/ bureaucratic waste

Lower taxes= I get freedom of choice, entrepreneurism goes up/consumers get more value for money and variety

I prefer lower taxes, mainly because less of my money goes towards gender studies degrees and other useless shit.
>>
>>1096455
Trump wins=stocks shit itself.

Imagine if 11 million people that got paid dirt, yet made up essential parts of the countries largest businesses left. Businesses would have to shut down temporarily until they found cheap labour elsewhere. However, bernies $15 shenanigans will also make the markets shit themselves.

The best person for big business is shillary, not only is she bought off by all the investment banks, but, she has a history of blatantly lying and getting away with it, which will come in handy when she has to explain why big business gets special treatment
>>
>>1096458
I'm not seeing the correlation between trumps low taxes and stocks shitting themselves and businesses temporarily shutting down.

Can you explain a little bit deeper.

hi biz, im in a very theoretical electrical engineering phd program

when i graduate i am essentially guaranteed a well-paying job, making the big bucks

well, really the medium bucks.

you can do well as an ee, but not well enough to propel you out of the middle class.

over the last year and a half ive managed to save like 3000 dollars worth of the life support they give me.

how do i use this to start a side project & get rich

what are the big ideas
11 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
There are 5 ways to get rich, in no particular order:

1. Develop real estate
2. Start a business and take it to the IPO/franchise stage
3. Leverage your money in the stock market
4. Crate something that gets popular (invention, artistic, whatever)
5. Become a celebrity

Every rich person I can think of (that didn't inherit it) did one or more of these
>>
>>1095604

4. Create something*
>>
>>1095604
Celebrity would be the worst. Not likely to get mega rich unless you pull a Dr Dre and it's probably the hardest to become.

My brothers an actor and I'll never understand why, dudes always having to borrow money from me.

How do i get all the money to live the rest of my life confortable without becoming a consumist and a luxury addict
5 posts and 2 images submitted.

It's the other way round, first you got to be rich, pretend to care about consumer shit stuff, make your network, sell the crap an then only live confy
>>

Limit your spending to a percentage of earnings and then put in the work.

So pretend you spend 50% of your income.

When you're young you might spend 20K after taxes per year.

As your income grows, you can increase your lifestyle because you have more money to spend.

Also, you will be disciplined enough to set a good portion of money aside.

Hey guys im from Quebec Canada and just opened a TFSA or better known as a tax free savings account.

I had the option for 1% interest annually or comverting it into a mutual fund. I went with the mutual fund option and took a conservative one thats 70% bonds 30% stocks and should perform 1.1% - 4.5% annually if I stick to it for 3 - 5 years.

>was the mutual fund a good idea
>is it too conservative?

All information is welcome, thanks.
22 posts and 5 images submitted.
>>
>is it too conservative?

in my opinion, yes. at that rate you're probably losing value to inflation. you can invest in stocks through your TfSA and you won't be taxed on the gains
