Can we have a non-shilling/ fact base discussion about his ETH..

Clearly lots of shilling going on... I just heard of ETH a couple of days ago here in biz. So I don't really have a fucking clue if it is good or not..

From what I can see in the price chart, it looks parabolic... Is this a pump and dump or is there a real benefit over bitcoin?

How do you even buy this coins? (Not implying that anyone should go an buy it. would not buy right now my self as it is looking parabolic to me...) But I am still curious..

Looking forward to hearing from you guys... Shills can fuck off!

Every coin is pump and dump because there's no legitimate use for them, aside from buying drugs. Anyone who says otherwise more than likely is the type of person who's dumped thousands into the shit and is going to have a conflict of interest. Maybe one day coins will have a legitimate use, but for now it's all just fugazi.

So my dad is selling some property he has abroad and wants to invest that money somewhere. He asked for my help, we live in Houston. We should have about 200k in a few months.

What's a good relatively safe investment we could make? I was thinking houston real esate, buying a few apartments and collecting rent. We're otherwise financially stable and I graduate from College with a Logistics degree in May.

Hi everyone.

I am an aspiring freelancer from Upwork.com. A few days ago, some guy contacted me and offered a real estate web scraping job. I was hesitant at first, since he wanted to do it without the Upwork payment protection - and needless to say, he just vanished right after I sent him some of my results. Is there any way to get back on him - maybe with social media, journalists or some kind of legal action? He is a Managing Director & CFO at a huge American company, and I am more than willing to share that money with whoever helps me get it.

The amount is 1500$, by the way. And before you ask - yes, I am pretty sure that is really him and not some kind of impostor.

Thank you guys a lot in advance.

Sure, but it's a waste of your time. Let it go, and don't be so stupid next time.

Does anyone here rent out their hard-drive space for extra $$$?

Thinking of doing it since I have a pack of 10 2TB hard drives coming in (for $200 bucks lol) from a pricing error from a retailer and I want to put them to use.

never heard of this, but id be too skeptical to even try it.
>>
I am skeptical.

Hard drive space is very cheap, why wouldn't they just buy it themselves?
>>
>>1136833
Well the rates one can charge can match those of Dropbox, Drive, Onedrive, etc... Allows for even more cheaper hard drive space, especially with the latest whine-fest about Onedrive increasing their prices temporarily.

Not too familiar with Alibaba OP.

Other than everything being seemingly cheaper, what are the advantages of it over Amazon?

Does everything ship from China? How much is shipping usually? Is there a membership plan similar to Prime?

There was a recession before the 2008 one in the early 90's, although the 2008 one is referred to as the Great Recession.

In times of boom, life is good. You ride on the ridge, the air is clear and the view is nice. But once you descend into those valleys, things are dark and musty. But, it is the way down into those valleys that builds the momentum for the next climb. It is the fruit down in those valleys that helps you build the energy needed for the ascent.

Do not fret about the dark times, because it is darkness that gives the baseline for knowing how bright something is.

When we break out of this hole, you will see the brightness in life. The internet will mirror the 90's internet, and we will love to be productive again. You just wait and see my friend.

You're going to have to try harder in order for us to eat up your shilling, OP.

hello anons. I have been looking for a good way to make money online for a couple months, did some stuff like filling in surveys, revshare websites, etc. but didnt really trust the websites enough to reinvest so usually quit after making a couple 100 bucks. recently however, a friend of mine contacted me and asked if i still wanted to make money online. he told me about 4 corners alliance group. basically, it is a website that sells e-books on 6 different levels. your aim is basically to share the opportunity with 4 people you know and have them repeat the process. when they sign up you will get 4 dollar each, and this process will continue for 6 levels. (the video under this post will explain it all.) once the process is repeated 6 times you will earn over 500.000 dollar (see picture) it only costs 18us to join and this is the only cash you will have to spend on it,

if you would like to sign up, here is the link where you can: https://www2 fourcornersalliancegroup com/thissa/join/1?startOver

With all this talk about penny stocks and Ethereum shilling, why doesn't anyone talk about options trading? I know most of you can't afford it to begin with but I've heard from some very very rich people that options blow the doors of stocks. Is this true or bullshit?
14 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
If a stock goes up 1% the options for that stock can go up between 20-100%+ depending on a lot of things. but still
>>
>>1136342
No. I believe 90% of options buyers lose money on their trades. It makes sense to sell options if you have an account big enough to handle covering the margin, but buying options is often a losing game unless you really know what you are doing. There's a lot to learn about all the elements that determine the option price, and constant time decay and sudden countertrend moves in the underlying stock can slash your option price by 20-50% overnight if you are not careful.

If you are gonna try it, you should paper trade them for a couple of months at least to get an idea of how they work.
>>
>>1136533
thank you for a serious reply. I've been trading stocks for about 4 months and I'm looking into something more profitable. I'd be putting about $500 in to start, is that too little to make any serious type of profit?

Hi, guys. I've actually never been on this board before and had some questions about CEO's, executives, wage gaps, and some other things. I'm basically business-retarded. But that's why I'm trying to learn.
1. People say .1% own 99% of the wealth in America, is that true?
2. People like to bring up how CEO's make several hundred times more than their labor workers, does any of the CEO's earnings go into paying for the company, it's employee's earnings, etc? If so, how much roughly?
3. What do you think of the picture?

1% is able to be 1% because collusion with the government. Don't worry more government (Bernie) will surely solve government corruption.

CEO's make 100x more than workers because the value they add to the company is worth that much to the company. If it weren't they wouldn't be getting paid that much. Also labor wages are held down by minimum wage, but I wont' expect you to understand that. Shiggy diggy

I think providing people indiscriminate welfare is the best way to make sure less people contribute to society. Charity is great because they look at individuals and not "you meet x criteria to receive y benefits, here you go and congratulations!"

Thats the theory, but in practice your compensation is all about negotiation, whether you're a janitor or a CEO. A janitor just has no leeway whereas a CEO, with some trackrecord (meaning at least not making things worse) has lots.

Hello. I am soon to sign a business contract between me and 3 other people. We are 4 people in together working towards a goal, develop a mob app. 2 guys take 20% each, and 2 other take 40% each. I am in the 40%. What are some points to consider when signing the contract between all? Like, voting democracy , 1 person 2 votes, 1 person 2 votes, one person 4 votes, one person 4 votes, and the decision with majority votes gets compelted? What about in terms of an outside funding scenario, when there is an investor approaching, what to consider here, between all 4 partners? What other important to consider and discuss when signing a document about creating a digital product, each getting certain of share, majority of votes with, who meets the investor.

I am mainly concerned when meeting an investor, before signing the contract, I want to make sure I must always be present with every outside source of interest, fx (investor).

I am an american with big american greenbacks.

Since our deposit rates our positive but not negative is there a way I can funnel Euro money to American deposits.

Do Euros get access to low interest rates on loans? How can I access these loans.

I also have a pie in the sky idea of using Euro loans to pay for american loans or lend out the money at american rates, is there a way to do this? Why hasn't anyone done this?

What position are you aiming for?
What salary is desired?
What geographical location are you in?
What does your resume look like?

From my experience if you do well on an interview, they give you an offer on the spot. The hiring manager does that all day, then a few bite and take the offer, he tells the rest that his boss has to review, and that's how his 1 selection is made.
