Well my book is more on learning how to learn than on any particular language. I teach the fundamental concepts of programming but using plain English and pseudocode. I figure there are hundreds of books out there for any given language but very few on how to actually learn those languages efficiently.

guys, just use your common sense. Would any major company like Sony or Nissan or whoever they come up with use an unreliable, unpredictable, vulnerable "system" of private individuals' computers to store information for USD 40/GB instead of reliable, well-proven and safe, redundant, existing systems of professional providers for about cents per GB? i have restrictions due to where i work but in a month when i can get a position im going long. 5+ year horizon might just do it in my IRA if i still have some cash buying power. and then i'd consider opening a separate 1 - 2 year horizon position as well. im very bullish on MSFT long term and medium term.
