I just do real estate and dividends for passive income. It's not online but it is legit.

I live in the memphis area. Only two or three malls for around 700,000+ people total. Several malls have closed, and even when I go, I can catch large crowds, but no bags. People seem to just go windowshopping for things they'll order online later.

I can see shopping malls being replaced by office parks, where instead of Nordstrom and Foot Locker you would have a myriad of businesses: accounting firms, law firms, other office type jobs.

Yet it's popularity in trading world commodities is decreasing rapidly.
This will lead to a global economy that no longer uses the dollar as it's reserve currency.

It also means that as long as the dollar maintains this status, the US can continue it's economy based on debt.
If it loses this interest, US economy is going to die a brutal death.
