I have a BofA account so i have a traditional IRA with Merrill Lynch. They're ok, and they offer an intro of 3 months of free trades, and after that its like $6/trade unless you have >=$20,000 and then you can negate that trade fee.
>>1325484
What's Robbinhood?
i hate my life and have 35k cash that i inherited. How do i go about traveling to the south of france/italy/lavish European city and renting a yacht and getting girls to come over to party? keep in mind i have no friends.
How do i go about doing this in miami? legit question, how do i tell people to come to my party when i have no connections?
Dude, just spend a couple hundreds on hookers and invest the rest.
>flight to Istanbul
>blackface
>hop the border to EU
>get a bus to Germany

>free house and women
>>1325466
You're an idiot.
Look up DJs and production companys in major citys near you and start attending partys. The DJs will tell you were they're playing if you ask and they usually post. I usually run into at least one autistic retard out of 100 people at them and they go because they can easily talk to people and have fun.
Don't spend your cash buying friends. Go to these partys for free or $5 or whatever and make friends. I've met some of the coolest people at partys.
What do you guys think of real estate?
Currently 20 working for an agent at Keller Williams. Ok pay, great commission every time we sell a place.
>mfw God isn't making anymore of it
>>1325465
It's mad profitable.
Guy across the street from me is trying to sell his place for some obscene amount right now.
Even if he gets half of what he wants, we still benefit.
>>1325465
>working for an agent
>not getting ur own license
>real estate test is so easy even a retarded acquaintance from high school passed it
>same friend cant figure out how to turn on wifi or use the printer
Closing up an open house now, it's great money if you have people skills, are a natural salesman and don't mind working nights and weekends with insane clients, it's often overlooked because most people make no money doing it part time or as a second career after they hit 65, but for a young person there's a lot of opportunity. Exposure to the market is high but it takes far less education than similarly paying jobs if you work enough volume. Loving it so far, got my license as soon as I hit 18, been working summers and winters out of uni when I wasn't an intern elsewhere
Any games /biz/ would like. Is there any game that simulates the stock market or own a multi billion dollar industry? Like the Capitalism games?

/pol/ is being a bunch of shill faggots lately. I know fuck-all about businesses and how they operate. Is trump being a con artist or is this all normal business operations.
Here are the Pictures on the thread.

What net worth would you consider a lot of money? For a

>$15,000,000
>$50,000,000
>>1325347
Depends entirely on his circumstances?
if you inherited $100,000 at 18 then by 35 you should have a hefty net worth since you should have started a business or invested that money.
If you live in a 3rd world shit hole then it's completely different too.
>>1325352

Air Force benefits? Since pay is so low, how would living be?
>>1325323
sure the pay is low, but they take care of your living situation.
if youre an officer, or senior enlisted/married you get a basic housing allowance each month depending on your rank and where you live. you can get a home and pay utilities and even pocket some of this. you also get a minor food allowance.
if not, then youll live in the barracks for free, and have a chow hall available to eat at for free.
you can easily pocket all of your checks and live for free your whole enlistment. if you had the discipline to, that is.
but saving 70-80% of your pay would be no problem, even after buying a decent (~$5k) car and cell phone bill.
also, you ever get a toothache, or medical problem, boom. its taken care of no problem, for free.
>>1325323
i've thought about doing rotc to pay for college
i'm going into my sophomore year, but my friend told me that it's not a problem
i'd be going for missile operations, since he said that gives you a pretty much 100% chance of being stationed in the USA
I'm wondering if i'd be able to get the scholarship based on the fitness part, so i've been running every day and working out for it
i'd have to crosstown to Boston University (i'm at Boston College)
First time poster, long time lurker

HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IF IT'S ENTRY LEVEL WHAT THE FUCK
>not getting hired from your internship
step up nigga, plus you should already know java and SQL after the first year
>>1325185
Just lie.
Hey /biz/ I'm trying to figure out how to get my product on more store shelves, or possibly expand my business. I sell edible goods at local markets and events, but I want to earn more. Does anyone have good ideas on how I can do this? Or possibly some marketing ideas?
>>1325182
Get some local grocer to stock your product. Really depends on how good and what type of product it is. For example, local honey does really well in grocery stores, but local potato chips nobody would care about.
>>1325182
what you sell?
Anyones strategy involved sleeping? Ive heard sleep tradeing can be great for people who over analyze. Set your stop loss and take profit then wake up in the morning with a lit of profit or a little loss.
>go to sleep at 9:30
>wake up at 4
Hope you are taking naps bro, that shit ain't healthy.
>>1325142
If you're setting a lower stop loss for profit why aren't you just selling now?
This fucks me every day because PST.
Can we talk about how to make /biz/ better?
It really has no identity.
I guess crypto is a little bit of something to hang onto, but that's not really enough.
I think a major thing is to allow politics into it. I understand that we don't want it to turn fully into /pol/, and I think that there should be rules about what can and can't be discussed. For example, no discussing pro life vs pro choice as the main subject for a thread, but we can discuss welfare and such. I think that nobody really cares if you do talk a little bit about politics the way it stands, but I think that we need to make it officially allowed.
Also, we need some memes or inside jokes or something. Not like /b/ or anything like that, but more like /r/wallstreetbets. I think that we just mostly need a sense of identity.
I think that if there gets to be more in depth discussion and a more active user base this board could be the best place to discuss business for many people, but as it stands, very few people are regulars here, so there's no real reason to even have a conversation. If it takes three days for someone to respond, then what's the point?
Anyways, discuss. I really like this board, but I just want to see it be the best it can be.
>I think a major thing is to allow politics into it.
>>1325046
I mean, business and politics are completely intertwined. Trying to pretend like they're not is ridiculous.
