They just released the crowdsale terms, basically theyre adding 50% more tokens than originally reported effectively raising an extra $15 million over the original plan.
Also adding the option to oversubscribe the ICO meaning you if you send $3600 dls and its oversold, you only get half of that on ENG and the other half gets returned to you in ETH.
I gave the hacking a pass but this is unforgivable, they know theyre overhyped and taking advantage of it. I guess we can thank that stupid ugandan cryptonigger from youtube for shining the spotlight on enigma for the normies to come in and try to claim a piece of the pie.

Basically whitelisted people have to send them double the amount of ETH/BTC to actually be guranteed the desired amount of ENG tokens. Since the distribution phase starts at least a month later, your excess ETH or BTC you send them is "stuck" there until the distribution of ENG Tokens has ended.

No, depends on the site. But fiat to BTC is most common. Second most would be LTC and ETH. Buying BTC is pretty good since you're buying the relative most stable coin. You can then transfer it to exchanges and buy other coins with this BTC.
Check some how-to on youtube and stuff so you don't get lost.

You can improve your trades and decision making by meditating/deep breathing. This lowers cortisol levels which is what activates the fight or flight response.
With lower cortisol levels you'll have stronger hands as the stress won't override your rational thinking. Meditating leads to less panic sells, longer holds, and if you it right, more positive feelings.
So find a 15-30 min guided mediation and get to it.
And don't forget to do affirmations.
I think if everyone was more zen we'd have much less pink wojacks.
Just remember- the lower your cortisol levels, the more rational you'll be.
