What if you bought life time memberships to porn sites, created a site and leased them out at a discounted rate?

It'd only work if you're willing to bring it up and strike a deal with friends and family. Which at that point it basically be them giving you charity. It definitely wouldn't work online. I buy porn subscriptions because who could be fucked using torrents or watching shitty latvian porn on a... tube site. *shudder*. I always research the best deals currently online then make a complaint to their billing department stating that my subscription didn't work, which usually results in at least 3 months of additional porn.

How do I go about getting a prime rate mortgage?
I have a 780 FICO, 100k available in CC with 1% utilization. My credit history is 3 years old. I currently make roughly 50k a month and can prove it with tax returns, also have assets. Can I walk into Wells Fargo and get a prime rate mortgage loan for a house worth in the 250k-350k region? Or will they tell me to fuck off?

So basically I haven't worked a day in my life since I was 16 working at a grocery store, this year I made a little over $60,000 through some untapped means, but the money is drying up and isn't coming in fast enough anymore, should I get a day job? go back to college?

No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.
