Is your business B2B or B2C?
If it's B2B, you don't have to charge them with VAT (unless the company you're selling to is actually a self-employed freelancer)
If you're selling to customers in the Eurozone, you will obviously have to charge them with VAT, yes.
You will first have to register your business in a EU or better yet Eurozone country and depending on where you did register, you will have to pay the respective VAT rate of the EU member country.
(Protip: The lowest rate is in Luxembourg (17%), the highest in Hungary (27%))
In some EU states you won't have to bother with VAT if your yearly revenue generated in the EU stays under a certain sum though.

I'm not sure what youre trying to imply with this, but if I understood your statement correctly, your wrong. ETC value is not directly attached to the value of bitcoin. Meaning if you hold etc and value of bitcoin drops while you hold, you just get more bitcoins when you trade back.

So /biz/ I am poor and broke as the OP picture shows. I am nineteen, living with my brother for cheap rent ($200 a month), and work a minimum wage job (my first) starting from 11am - Xpm. At my hours it is a part time job by technicalities, and I only get paid 9.75.
I make close to $400-500 dollars a month, and I've been trying really hard to save (had close to a thousand in my savings) but I've had to purchase groceries and things to keep me alive more and more these days, so it is really hitting me hard.
I was homeschooled, so I don't have my HS dip, nor do I have a GED. The job I've worked for 11 months now, and that's about the majority of the information I think I should be providing.
But with all that in mind, what can I start doing to get myself rolling? There is a community college here that I could do for the GED, so I should be doing something about that at some point. Any advice?
