Is there any way to make a gym viable? I'm not talking millionaire viable, just enough that I'd outpace my salary at Shittigroup evetually (not difficult since from what I hear 3% in the norm raise)
What are small business loans like in terms of ease of access, interest?
Location is upstate NY (Rochester or Buffalo), so not the largest markets
I would have 1 partner in this venture. He is a trainer, I have an accounting/business background

Remember, money from membership is not tied to how much they use the gym. There's no incentive to limit membership based on the availability of the equipment.
Weights and classes = low overheads. Pool and sauna = high overheads. Machines are in the middle.

I would imagine we would have 2 types of classes. 1 type for lifters, where we can teach form and whatnot. A second for women with cardio, bodyweight shit like all the fad "boot camp" programs

Try get a crossfit accreditation too. They'll fuck you on fees etc but they bring in good money from classes.

I have bank checking account linked to paypal. You have to do it in order for it to become verified. it's not a big deal.

How come you dumb lefties don't bash Amazon? They are killers of small businesses and have actually done more damage to small businesses than Wal-Mart ever has. This is how Amazon has been able to succeed in carrying so many products, by taking advantage of small business owners.
Barack the stupid nigger has done nothing to stop these monopolistic practices of corporations because they donate to him and his party. Google is in bed with our government and also holds a monopoly. Not one company has been investigated or fined for monopolistic practices under king nigger's administration.

So my wife and I visited a comic book store that also sells a few games and toys, but little more, and my wife was instantly inspired to open something similar in the vacant storefront next door. The rent is cheap and I'm all for this, but we desire to complement, rather than compete with with our comic book-oriented neighbor. There are plenty of retro-used game stores in the area, and another that specializes in vintage toys, so those options are probably out. For our specialty, I can only think that we'd focus solely on selling and renting of card and board games. Is this a good idea? What else?

Lately I've been hitting the jackpot - half eaten slices of pizza, multiple! I'm not sure sure if people threw out a half eaten slice because they weren't hungry... or if it was a full slice that was half eaten by rats. Oh well.

I found this in less than five minutes checking the dumpster next to my work this morning before my shift started.
I should be able to get ~$130 for them according to the Amazon app.
Both of the classical sets are new in factory packaging.

No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

I had some collectible ninja turtle statues a few years back. I wound up having two of one because reasons, so I held onto the spare until I needed/wanted some cash.
They initially cost like $250 bucks, I sold it for $1,600.
I've had multiple pretty good deals over the years including:
-bought a watch for less than a dollar, turned out it was worth 150ish
-bought an old antique doll for 2-3 dollars, turned out it was worth 250
-bought one of those white robot toys (the original one was Robosapian, forget the others), for 2-3 bucks, was worth 75 or so
-bought a Sega Pico system with like 10 games for around 15 bucks. Sold it to a guy in germany for 250
