If you're serious about being an actuary, as long as you have a math/actuarial science major at a reputable school and have decent connections or interships, you'll get a comfy job. You won't be rich, but you won't be poor. Probably not six figures unless you are actually going to get into Wharton and do well.

Either way:

-if you're selling bootleg keys, you will be banned relatively soon. Just need a few customers to complain, and they will.
-it's almost impossible to sell CD-Keys on ebay without being banned/sued if you're not 100% legit
-yes microsoft cares about you "little fucks scraping for money". It takes almost no effort for them to submit one lawsuit to wreck your shit. You'll settle out of court paying like $1000 per key you sold.

In order to sell "used" aka non-new retail keys on ebay in a way that even has a CHANCE of not getting you banned/sued, you need to be selling them WITH computers, or with parts of computers (such as a keyboard from a laptop etc), that way you are technically selling a computer along with its windows key. Even this will probably get you banned

Game kept crashing every 10-20 minutes though, drove me insane so I had to uninstall.

Easiest way to make money is to dominate a niche and build your empire around it. Produce the best cars at the best price, own the factories all the way to the stores.

Once you have the money then invest in real estate. Just build your own cities, basically, and make money renting out everything.
