A. Let your kids live at home as long as they want: COST = 0 $.
B. Pay 1500 $ per month, per kid, for their apartments. For 3 kids, COST = 54,000.00 $ per year.

The extra time and cost that commuting to work takes already makes moving out better. You can move right next to your job and walk to work in 5 minutes instead of driving from a McMansion in the suburb in 45 minutes. That's over 80 hours per day,. If you make over minimum wage the time saved alone would outweigh the costs for rent, without even including the costs related to driving.
Of course, this also assumes that by some sheer coincidence that the best job in the entire country available to you just happens to be within driving distance of your parent's home, which is a real long shot.

So I fucked up, ~30k in credit card debt
Pretty much my entire financial situation is going up in flames, and I may be losing my income for a while.
I need to be working, making plays & planning, but right now I'm paralyzed by anxiety & regret.
I need some movies/books/stories to cheer me up, because I feel like it's fucking orge man... I'm starting back from square one only this time with massive debt under my head.

It's a complete sadfag story but essentially I cleared $90k in 2014, and I decided to put my parents / sister on my credit cards and told them they can have a better quality of life with them, think I could provide easier.
I started making less money in 2015, and 2016 has been a complete nightmare. I now have to tell them how much I fucked up but previously I didn't want to see like a failure and kept acting like 'it's all good', believing my situation would bounce back.

if not day trading then what, just buying some stocks to hold long term? If that's the case your best bet is to look into blue chip stocks, large corporations that are proven earners and barring something extreme will continue to be so. Companies like coca-cola, disney, general electric, etc.

I went in with almost 1 BTC at 0.0046. Im going to hold until at least 0.006 and we'll see from there. Last time I panicked and I sold at the fucking 0.0036 dip. I was about to fucking sell at the 0.0063 top but I was too fucking greedy to click sell. Next time the pump will be higher but I've learned my lesson.

My buddy got a job as a professional chef. Prior to that he had just worked in a little sandwich shop.
Any time the head chef asked him to do something he didn't know how to do, he would just excuse himself to go to the bathroom. Then he would pull out his phone and YouTube how to do the thing he was being asked to do.

I have ~$30k, would I have enough to put a down payment on a $200,000 rental property? Or do you need 20%?
College town, house is near campus. I could probably get $2200/month because it is a 5 bedroom. Average rent is ~$500. I'm assuming after property taxes, repairs, etc, it will pay for itself after 10 years.
Father would help me with renovations, right off the bat I would probably replace water heater and toilets, and get HVAC inspected.
I make $35k/year as a wage slave at the moment.
