Help me out /biz/, I know half of you are crypto shills.

Any Canada fags here? Any with experience as an accountant in Canada. I'm looking to make a lot of money and I'm not sure what my major should be between finance, economics and accounting. I am a strong math and English student and finished with a 95% average in my 2 Accounting classes. The only thing is I would not want to be an accountant forever, I would much rather use it as a tool to progress into management and put my people skills to good use. How realistic is it that I would be able to advance beyond just being an accountant? Would I be stuck as an accountant forever? Any advice on a career in business + accounting is welcome and also university degrees in Canada that are worthwhile.

>How realistic is it that I would be able to advance beyond just being an accountant? Would I be stuck as an accountant forever?

Absolutely not.

Accounting is the backbone of any business, and many people in Finance jobs have a background in Accounting. You will look extremely attractive to any employer in the finance field with a background in accounting, even majoring in Finance or Economics and taking a few accounting courses is great

Thank you! It's nice hearing stuff like this to assure me that I'm on the right track

A lot of people get their CPA/CA (which ever designation it is now) and their CFA and transition from accounting to finance, being highly sought after because of their breadth of financial knowledge.

Timing the market is too risky IMO

What if the price just went up?

Also fees will eat up your 4% in increase if you do it perfectly. Or put you more in the hole if you don't

Why don't you do this, get really fucking rich, buy out Goldman Sachs and rule the world?

You should be able to acquire mid-sized countries within 4-5 years, lurk on your own carribean Island and face the choice wheter you want to be woken up with a blowjob or a strawberry-daiquiri every morning...

Your Chief Groupie Officer will choose girls according to your preference among the thousands of Victoria's secret models and young aspiring actresses lining up just to hang out with you and suck your willie...

SOO heres the deal /biz/

I have intercepted an excellent opportunity to become a amateur porn producer/director. What is the best way to make money by producing amateur videos and possibly becoming a pornstar agent?

Here's the talent thus far:
2 SUPER hot young lesbos (couple)
Super good looking blonde male

I honestly think they are all good looking enough to be pornstars on their own. Im considering becoming their agents and growing their careers, how do I get them on contracts as their agent?

What is the best way to make money off individual films or websites? Pro work??

I can honestly find even more super hotties that would be down for this type of stuff. The talent pool is unlimited but would it be better to grow a couple super hot girl's careers, or just use them once and keep it moving?

Let's do this /biz/ Sky is the limit right now

Actually if you want to negotiate with me for your talent, I've got a few scripts and some film studio stuff. I'd be happy to have you work as an agent to find me interchangeable cuties to ship in then ship out.
>>
>>1434066
I would be interested in discussing that for sure.

At the moment I am really considering growing particular hotties careers but first I have to research the market and see where the real money lies.

I've know people that became well known pornstars but I think some girls would be suited better for singular videos while others can be real internet / pornstars. The real fact is most girls I know are too stupid/lazy to know how to proceed.

Well, the model that I've been shooting for is this:

>Girl does film
>Girl signs for % royalties only
>We post teasers to site
>She does cam work to promote the film through a portal on the site
>Eventually, when we have enough content, members get access to vote on videos and get first access to content, which phases from exclusive to non-exclusive portions of the site based on release date

Basically the point of live camming and voting would be to drum up subscriptions.

Also lesbian stuff pays the least.

Build or finance solar panels.
>>
It's more to do with virtue signaling.
>>
>>1433943
Capital markets follow the laws of supply and demand.

If markets tolerate a P/E of 30 they will invest in solar panels until energy prices drop to the point where you pay $25 for $0.83 a year, or $30 for $1 a year, then they will invest in something else.

In the real world energy prices fluctuate due to other factors, people may anticipate an increase in energy prices due to resource depletion for instance, in which case the solar panels will rise in value.

Hi Fags,

I think there are three different types of mail order brides.
1) Hot kind who are there for your non-existant money.

2)The ugly/young/desperate kind 40-65 year old guys go for generally Thai, Filipino or Chinese.

3) Educated usually ugly kind who are doctors/programmers or nurses.

I honestly hate fucking some 2/10 ugly Chinese nerd, but if she can make me $175,000-$350,000 a year... Why not?

What does biz think about being a trophy husband/green card.

Font marry her???

Yes I would go with traditional pre-nupt.

All my money pre-marriage is mine forever (including gains).

All the money my doctor bitch (and me but not my assets) makes, is split evenly.

has anyone on /biz/ started a company and had to open a bank account in another country than their home country?

i'd like to open a business bank account in Hong Kong for my company for various reasons, as opposed to the UK.

I have read many outdated blogs but would appreciate some stories & guidance if anyone has some to offer. I won't be resident in HK, but will open new limited liability corporation there.

Plently of good current accounts available at high interest rates.

Depends on how much you have. Can get 5% on up to about 5 grand easy enough with a couple of accounts at nationwide/tsb, with only monthly pay in requirements. ( can transfer between banks for that)

Beyond that it gets more annoying with direct debits and fees. I think first direct does 4% on up to 5 grand but needs 2 direct debits.

Santander does 3% (At the moment) on 20k, but has a 5 pound fee per month. Needs two direct debits. Might drop to 2% in near future though.

If you live in Northern Ireland some of the accounts might not be available e.g Tesco Online. (That has 3% and no monthly pay in)

this should help:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts

Also a little unrelated, but a help to buy might be an okay move even if you don't really intend to buy a house but want to leave options open.

Can get 2.5% on that, but the 25% bonus requires time to build up, so might be worth thinking about.

Interest up to £1000 has no tax if you are a basic rate tax payer so ISAs aren't as good. Also the rates on them are poor <2%.
