>Space law is an area of the law that encompasses national and international law governing activities in outer space.

Where would you go to study something like that? Who would hire you? Is the field in demand?
>>
>>1456285

Sounds pretty awesome.

Also, is that a $100 Bitcoin bill?
>>
>>1456301

You would study things related to Space, like Space Engineering, Aerospace Technologies, Ethics, Civilizations, etc.

The government, and large private entities are hiring Space Lawyers and paying a lot of money for them, because when we begin to colonize Space, like Mars for example, in the next decade, we are going to literally have to build a civilization in Space from scratch, questions like, how do we punish criminals in space, since the journey to Earth's jail is so long, do we let them die in space, or do we make prisons for them? Stuff like, how will we ration who gets what to eat, will those who have more money receive more, and how will welfare or socialized medicine work in space, how will we decide who deserves care in zero gravity?

The field will be in demand, in the next decade, and definitely after that, it's very interesting stuff, it's almost limitless in the things a Space lawyer could do. Think about it like this, going into Space Law but having a completely open playing field to choose and practice whatever type of Law you want to do, because there won't be many of these Lawyers out there.

Honestly though it's a 50/50 shot, what if we decide not to go into Space? Then you're fucked, but that's why you can study other types of things like Politics, Civilizations, History, or whatever, and work as consultants for now, until this field takes off, then be one of the early adopters into the field, and keep up to date on Space technology and research, then jump at the opportunities that pop up.

Has anyone tried the money4anon.com meme?
I've been doing it since the day he posted it. I have made $0 so far. The biggest problem is that he tells you to spam "news articles" regarding your niche, but there aren't that many recent news articles for my (or probably any) niche. And old articles don't get checked anymore.

Also most sites moderate their comments and are obviously not going to approve spam.

Pic attached is my shill comment.

My review can be found here. Bad example, appearantly, as I have made $0. http://livingteeth.com/2016/08/15/teeth-whitening-miracle-by-wilson-hartman-is-it-a-scam/

I'm going to try again with a major niche, such as fitness.

I think I could make some money selling a diabetes or cancer cure scam. But I don't think I could morally do that. I'd rather sell some six-pack shit, but it doesn't really profit.

>It's November 2016. Trump wins with landslide. He kicks in the oval office, headbutts Obama. "The wall". "we NEED the wall". "RIGHT NOW!"
>The madman is actually gonna do it.

What companies are able to build the mexican wall? Who has the knowledge to it? The capacity? The resources? Who will manufacture the pieces? Will there be mines opened? Will it be a concrete wall or a metal fence?

This wall is a Multi billion dollar business. I want to know which companies I can buy stock from.

I never worry about what other people think. I had a 3.7 GPA in Aircraft Mechanics, but there are no airports around me and I live with my mom. So I went to work for Home Depot as a cart collector (Lot Associate) for $9/hr. I did the best flipping cart collection job anyone at my store had ever seen. They then needed people to pack out freight, so I got promoted in 2 months in to $10.25/hr. Then since they still couldnt find people to pack out freight (Besides me) everyone on freight got a raise to $11/hr to attract more interest in the job. Since they couldnt find people still, I was given full time even though I was technically part time. But I would probably stay in that position forever, so I left. People are naturally self-centered. I can gaurantee no one else thinks more about you then they think about themselves.

Is LinkedIn really necessary to have if you are on the job market? I managed to get a job out of college and then a promotion through hard networking, but everyone seems to stress the importance of LinkedIn. I don't really do social media other than 4chan if that counts, so I don't really see the point.

>>
4chan isn't really social media.
Social media is typically a way for people to communicate with people they know and who know them, like a social situation. 4chan is an anonymous imageboard, which takes the entire identity part out of the equation.
From what I understand LinkedIn is essentially a networking platform for work. It allows you to hold everything in an online account like Facebook does for ease of access. The whole point of this sort of stuff is ease of access.
>>
>>1456253
It's a medium through which people socialize.

Yes. Idiot HR people seem to think it's important, so by definition you kinda do too.

Hi
I am currently invested in these two funds.
MSCI World, and MSCI Emerging markets.
How should i weigh these to represent their real market cap? As far as I know the market cap of emerging markets are 25%, but I am not sure whether i should weight them 25 or 10% because of this statement "Today the MSCI Emerging Markets Index consists of 23 countries representing 10% of world market capitalization"

Could someone please help me here?

why don't you just hold a fund that works that out for you
multiple brokerages have them at competitive prices and by that i mean .1% er's

MSCI ACWI index is World + EM. It has a 10% weight to EM, 90% to developed. the numbers vary slightly depending on how people classify certain countries, like South Korea.

How do you make the perfect resume?

I'm asking for my sister who hasn't been to uni yet, but has tons of job experience: as a security guard, a logistician, a cashier and a barwoman, She is also pretty fluent in french.

Is there a perfect form somewhere?

What to include? What to leave out?

3 parts.

1 - personal type summary with key skills and career goals.

2 - work history last 5-8 years. Position name, company, dates, responsibilities, achievements.

3 - references. At least 2, from last couple of years ideally.

This is a legit idea ive come up with.

>buy cheap ass block of residential land for below market average
>go to land, mow it, remove plants/bushes ect. make it seem bigger
>contact a company that makes cheap portable houses
>pay contractors to prep the land for sewerage/power/water/ect (or do it yourself)
>get portable house delivered to your lot. connect it to utilities.
>plant a gardens, plants, bushes (to make the place look nice)
>begin marketing (or continue marketing) to sell your new house under the average market price for a house.

why not build a house?
- an average house in aus costs about 100-200k to build. my option will cost about 60-80k

what are the overall costs?
-40000 for land
-(worst case) 80000 for house
-(worst case) 20000 for contractors
-10000 for random other expenses
-total = 150,000 in expenses
-sell for what ever you want, but anything under 200,000 is well below market in aus atm
-everyone should want to buy it because of ridiculous house prices atm

but youre only saving like 20-50k on this?

its the time factor that matters even more. to drop down a house it takes less than a week.

6-18months for a house to be built
1month and 7 days for a house to be situated through my plan (plus 1month for contract work)

if this was actually a good idea everyone would be doing it right?

what are the potential problems you can see with this plan?

Well, guy, to start there is a VERY significant expense associated with sewage/power/water. 20k is not even the half of it.

2nd, no one wants to pay brick and mortar prices for a shitty track home.

i think people dont want to pay 200,000-300,000 for a normal home.

>Well, guy, to start there is a VERY significant expense associated with sewage/power/water. 20k is not even the half of it.

the idea is to buy a residiantal lot, but obviously it has to have those ultilities under the ground already. the only thing that needs to be done is to prep the area so that each service is ready to connect
