Well, I've been considering making a youtube channel and investing a good amount of time in that. Seems like some people can do pretty good for themselves if they have a niche.

Personally, I am remodeling a apartment complex I bought for 250K. It has 19 units and I can rent the space to niggers for 600-700 ea.
