Hi /biz/, I'm coming to you in hopes of receiving some advice. You see, I'm in a little dilly of a pickle.

I'm currently renting an apartment within a gated community (I know, but it's temporary while I'm setting something up out here so whatever).

My car had been towed from within the property as I had it parked within a guest parking area.

Each resident is designated one car port but I happened to be parked in the guest area. When I enquired management with this issue, they claimed that I required a permit to park there.

None of this was mentioned to me when signing the least agreement, nor does it state anywhere within the agreement that this is a requirement.

They fobbed me off to corporate who after dealing with my case, no longer wish to accept my calls. I'm constantly put through to one employee who gives me horrible attitude and claims the person dealing with my case is no longer in the office.

When asking for a supervisor or if anyone else can help me, she simply says "nope".

So what can I do now? Can I take legal action? I had to pay $195 to retrieve my car. It's whatever really. I could just count my blessings and move on, but unfortunately I'm not like that. I want justice because I believe the company is at fault.

Thanks, Guys.

Ignorance isn't a defense. I get that you claim you weren't verbally told, but did they provide you any sort of packet or welcome folder that may have contained that information somewhere within the fine print? If they did and you lost it or never looked at it, you have no leg to stand on. Not to mention it may have been in whatever contract you signed to live there in the first place.

Not to mention, it works both ways. You can claim you were never verbally told. They can claim you were verbally told. It's $200 and you're going to lose hardcore to their lawyers if you push it IMO.

>I work for a private police force within a community that has similar areas that are gated/private within our area

It sucks and sometimes I feel bad for the people, but ultimately the responsibility lies on your shoulders to know the rules and follow them.

My credit card (Capital One Platinum MasterCard) came in the mail today and it's already been assigned a PIN, I just have no clue what the PIN is or where to find it.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Wow.

Call customer service. Should be on the back of the card.

The only reason you would need a PIN is to withdraw cash. Keep in mind that interest is charged immediately.

Same thing happened to me.

I needed to take out cash because I was heading to the strip club. (I was drunk and it was late at night).

>Go to atm and it ask for PIN
>Thought to myself, I never put a pin
>since I was drunk I just thought i have forgotten and put in the same pin as my debit because usually that's my default pin.
>still not correct so I call them and ask if I could reset my pin
>they say they have to send in the PIN through mail and it should arrive in a week
>I'm horny and drunk so I'm like fuck
>I look online and see an Asian parlor that accepts CC

When I woke up the next day I was worried that they have my info and shit but nothing has happened.

Any advice on sending business thank you letters for interviews?

Should I just get normal envelopes and print the letter or get small envelopes with actual cards? And any good places to buy supplies besides Walmart?

High dividend yield list for August 26th to September 9th. Please remember that you must buy stock the day before the ex-dividend date, not the day of. The cutoff for listing a return yield is 7% in these lists. Please take close note of the vitality of individual stocks around previous ex-dividend dates. So you want to be rich, faggot? Do you?

Then read this, because it's the only guaranteed method to make you rich quick:

1. Put aside $1000 for the method (if you don't have $1000, turn off your computer, go outside and get a fucking job)

2. Recognise that $1000 contains 40 installments of $25. This will be important later.

3. Sign up to Bet365. Use the welcome bonuses if you want, you probably won't need them.

4. Find a soccer game where the most likely outcome has decimal odds of 2.0, and ideally the next most likely outcome has odds of 3.0 or over.

5. Bet $25 on that outcome.

6. If you win, repeat step 5 with the total amount of your winnings (i.e bet $50 this time). If you lose, repeat step 5 with $25.

7. Now all you have to do is win 16 times in a row and you'll have $1.6 million. (if you don't feel confident doing this, set a lower goal i.e 8 wins in a row. Also don't forget that you have 40 attempts, and potentially more if you set a lower limit).

8. Congratulations, you are now the richest man in Babylon.

Thank me later at the private jumbo yacht club, friends.

aren't you guys ever scared about people stealing your credit card or ssn and fucking your credit?

Or malware using ATS to clear your bank account? Kind of scary shit these days. Especially if you own a small business as you don't get recompensated sometimes in cases of fraud if it's not a personal account.

Just seems so fucking easy for carders to destroy your credit these days, aren't you guys worried desu?

Why the FUCK are you poorfaggots not doing THIS?

Do you wish to remain poor? Sometimes I don't understand some of you guys.

Literal plebs, subhumans. Eternal poorfags, ankle biters, peasants, poor, trash, garbage, homeless, NEETs. Why. Are. You. Not. Doing. This. TODAY? RIGHT NOW?

Do you want to stay poor? Do you like having to work for a living? Do you like exchanging your time for money like a fucking slave? Do you enjoy being weak, worthless and P O O R? Do you enjoy jacking off to what others have? Do you enjoy being a loser?

i don't get it. I really don't. Why aren't you running a botnet? Why are you so poor? Why? Why? Why? Why do you hate yourselves? Why aren't you getting rich? Why aren't you making more money than most people in the united states... IN A SINGLE DAY? I don't get it sometimes. I really don't.

Is it possible to somehow use Robinhood outside of the US?
Would having an american app store based phone along with a VPN do the trick?
Or does the app require other information that would make it impossible to use outside of the US?

The problem I have with trading: I dont know when to act... example:

https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_etc

I feel like if I sell my ETC now at a loss, I will sell at the fucking bottom and the whales will decide to pump it again right when I sell. But then again who fucking knows where the bottom its? It's a gamble. It's a FUCKING gamble.

You cannot trust TA, so lets look at the fundamentals:

ETC has always healthy amount of volume: Whales may be prone to pump/gives it the aura of not being a dead coin.

ETC is an hedge against a potential future ETH fuckup: ETC will pump once ETH goes DAO 2.0, and it also has to hard fork again to go PoS, this is a good chance for a pump, and right now this may (OR NOT??) be the bottom, so a good entry point.

Ultimately its just a fucking gamble.

It's not to stay safe, is to profit from a pump, by hedge I meant profiting from a pump while the coin you are coming from dumps.

The only actual hedge in crypto is BTC.

Investing IS luck. Your analysis is correct, and there are NO ways to know if you are buying or selling at the bottom right now.
