I like "stagnating" vertical lines that go up and down, they're the fastest way to make money and you can make a lot too in half an hour.
Hi /biz/
I get my degree at the end of the year and will have to chose an university.
Can someone tell me the difference between :
- Finance
- Economics
- Business
and which one should I chose for becoming a trader in the banking business.
Thanks /biz/!
>>1537707

>>1537708
That's what I'm doing actually.
>>1537708
They all advice to do either accounting, business, economics or finance. But none of them tell me which one is the most optimized and the real difference between them.
do you have to pay airplane tickets if you have a private jet? how much does it cost to rent/own?
>>1537691
three
>>1537698
three what nigga
You don't have to buy tickets like you do with a regular airline as such. If you use it and it's not yours it's called 'chartering' the jet ( for that flight). Many people charter instead of buying as then your capital is not tied up. With regards to the costs you can research and then call companies involved. Most airports also have a separate boarding process for these jets which is faster than for commercial airlines. Air hostesses onboard are extra ;)

My google-fu is failing on me, so I come to you with a question:
is it legal to import unbranded copies of items (for example LG headsets are rampant on ebay, tons of them are listed without the LG name or logo anywhere on the item or the listing, obviously fakes.
I read about it years ago but I can't fully recall the answers. I want to say its legal as long as its not using copyrighted materials from companies
answers?
>>1537400
it's definitely not legal if you sell it as LG if you sell it as unbranded chink copy of LG then it is completely legal.
>>1537400
even though its an exact replica and potentially using stuff LG has copyrighted?
>>1537404
that's not your problem but the manufacturers.
you can't deceive your customers that's all if they know what they are buying then the manufacturer is to blame for any infringement.
Some shadowy Jew choosing interest rates based on their arbitrary "feelings" of the market, and garbled up mathematics is a bad system
What should we implement in it's place?
And none of that "gold standard" retardation, actual solutions.
Bitcoin standard
Vagina standard
Hard to obtain and expensive.

What we had in 1870, no central bank you fucking faggot. Interest rates were set by banks themselves
25 years old NEET, community college dropout. How do I become a millionaire?

Work hard. You have to strive for it harder and over a far longer period of time than reaching a goal in one of your video games. If you really want to Jew it, keep a spread sheet with formulas that help you track every last penny.

Be an exceptional person. You either are or you aren't. If you aren't, then just try to become the best at one thing.
How do I get into technical writing?
Majored in English. What else do I need?
Your major weakness is most likely the inability to think procedurally. Get good at examining assumptions and breaking objectives down into steps and you'll be a decent tech writer.
It's not actually about the writing, it's about breaking big steps into smaller steps.
Here's an exercise: Write the process on how to boil an egg/replace a toilet/etc. You should be able to break it down into at least 10 steps. This was a real interview question at a software company I worked for.

An example of your work.

Not OP but wondering what would be wrong with the following:
Fill a pot with water
Place filled pot on stove
Set heat to medium
Once water is rolling boil, place egg gently in.
Let egg cook for 10 minutes.
Once time is over, turn off stove.
Rinse out only the water from stove.
Take egg out and let it cool.
It seems like these import businesses CAN work, but you need to find a really niche product. Has anyone done this successfully? It seems too easy. you're just a glorified ebay/amazon seller.
If you order a normal small number of products for personal use, they will probably all be good. As soon as they realize you are a reseller, they will start tossing defective shit in the box as well. I am told this is just Chinese logic, as the price goes lower, you are expected to just assume the quality will go down as well.
>>1536944
welp, fuck that idea then.
>>1536925
The only way you can make money from alibaba is selling it on the street. Its oversaturated on amazon and ebay.

>Buyer starts another fucking eBay case.
>Get transferred by 47 pajeets, they don't do shit.
>Guy in USA closes in my favor in seconds.

Hi /biz/, I recently came into a good chunk of change (30k usd) and now all the sudden everyone says I should be investing with it.But I don't know anything about this sort of stuff.
I know nothing of stock investment, and frankly it scare's me to just give my money to some random guy who will invest for me.But I did work with a landlord as a handyman and he always said rental properties was the future of big money. My area to buy land in is south California but the apartment complexes are stupid expensive to buy there (average:200k and up).
My question is:Which should I go for Stocks or properties?
Property is vastly better than stock. But property has more risk.
You need to buy when the land/homes market is down. AND you need to buy in an area that is definitely gonna grow.
My dad was a land developer for 35 years.
>>1536078
Hmm, so buying when the market is down sounds easy enough.
But how is property more risky than stocks?Shouldn't it be the other way around?
>>1536100
becaue when u make money in property what do u invest that money in to diversify?
stocks
Which industries are growing?
>>1535651
Marijuana, virtual reality, cloud computing, self driving technology, deep learning computers, cryptocurrency trading, and E commerce

What country do you live in? Look for trends like ageing populations, a push for industry, free trade agreements, etc. and pick based on that.
Ask a guy who makes thousands weekly selling on ebay anything.

Do you use Alibaba
What do you sell

Thousands gross or net?
>>1535493
Can you explain how your business works?
I'm assuming you buy some item from china in bulk and resell on ebay, and that's it.
If this is true, can you give any advice on how to get started with this; how much money you'd need; where to find out what products are selling well, is there any advertising involved? How do you manage it?
