Credit is you using other people's money. You don't have to, but it builds a history about your credit. If you use OPM(other people's money) and don't pay it back every 30 days your bill comes, then your credit history is bad and your overall score drops. If you use OPM and pay it off every month it signifies you are a good payer and will pay debt on time. Other things go into it like your Centurion has no limit, so how do they calculate credit utilization? They can't. So basically holding your card doesn't even really require anyone to check you out, but for plebs, if they use 30% or more of their limit, they are high credit users, which can be good or bad, but it's always good if you pay it off on time, that's all.

Web Dev actually isn't hard to learn at all, but no one is really going to take you seriously with just a "certificate" of any kind under your belt. You either have to get a degree or get ready to bust your ass for FREE to build a portfolio.

OP, go into Law then transition to Finance later if you feel you've grown tired of practicing Law. Just be warned, securities law (law within finance) is basically just submitting paperwork to regulatory agencies all day, every day. You'll never have to see a court room in securities law, though.

Yes they are messed up. Yes it's not fair. Yes you should help them if you can. Employing them when they are hurting your business is not helping them. Giving them pay advances is not helping them. Catering to their every whim because they are in a struggle is not helping them. Simply treat them like any other employee. That is how you help them.
