I used to use sites like legalzoom until i found out how incredible easy it is to do yourself. Every state has a government website where you can register your business and it takes like 10 minutes.
By the way, don't believe sites that say "register a company for only $99" or whatever. What that means is you are paying them $99 to file the company for you, but you still need to pay the applicable registration fees for your state. Here in Nevada it is $400, I think it is $800 in California.
The $99 filing fee is for something that takes 5-10 minutes doing it on your own.

Anybody can fill out a form to start an LLC. It is extremely easy as long as you understand how you want your LLC to be set up.
Basic advice: until you do figure it out, just set up your LLC as a generic sole proprietor... you have time to change it as your business changes or you decide you want to have partners.

Please hint me at the possible coins that will see 10x gains this weekend. 10x 5x = 50x gains(just be careful, it should be high volume)
For Poloniex:
September saw the raise of FLDC to about 20x gains and Cure for 5x gains
October saw the raise of Pot for 15x gains and Bela for 4x to 6x gains.
I don't think it will be Waves, but who knows. We've seen a nice share of dual P&Ds, I hope it keeps up. Because 5x P&D coins are both hard to track and useless if they all raise at the same time with no dips.
I hope this trend continues and good luck to you all. Congratulations to those who caught those delicious gains.
